here's how yesterday went. i got up at five 15 in the morning. so early, yet i didn't mind because i was so nervous, i couldn't fall back asleep even if i wanted to. so then my mom tried making me a breakfeast sandwhich, that i only ate half of because my stomach was doing that thing when you get nervous. Then we drove to the school.

When i got to the school it was kinda emty. the only thing that i heard was racket going on in the trailer. what the heck right? i looked inside and lo and behold it was my teachers. funny huh? after my instrument went inside of the trailer thingy, i went upstairs thinking that everyone was inside. no one was so i doubled checked if i had all of my music. and i did. then came the long bus ride to the school.

at the school me and my friends laura and hannah got off the bus. hannah and i waited to get our instruments off of the trailer thingy because we play the same instrument. then we went right inside. the first thing we did was look for our center number. (the place where wew were supposed to perform for a judge.) and the warm up room which was right by the center. as soon as we went downstairs i got my instrument together and went up with my teacher. i was soooooo nervous.

then i got my solo out of the way and then me and hannah and laura went to watch different groups perform. ther were so many great groups out there and not a single person who wasn't capable enough to compete. i loved all performances. after we watched the morning shows we ate lunch. we knew our ratings by then. (the ratings go 1 being the best and five being the worse) i ended up getting a 2 and hannah ended up getting a 1. i was happy to make my teacher happy and glad i didn't scratch.

we tried playing this card game in between the morning shows and that i won with out knowing. laura and hannah had to practically walk me through the whole game the whole time! lol. we then went off to see other shows the rest of the day. then we went home. that was the short version of the story. lol. so that's my day.
